What appears after you top up nol card
Each completed checkout creates an order ID (format starts with NTP). Keep the email receipt; it is your primary history record for that payment.
Typical flow
- Order createdYou submit tag, amount, and email on the recharge page.
- Payment on billing pageYou pay securely by card on the next step with the same order ID.
- Confirmation emailA receipt with amount, currency (AED), and order ID is sent to the address you entered.
- Support lookupIf something looks wrong, share the order ID with support — we do not display live card balances here.
