NolTap Preload provides an independent online channel to request prepaid top-ups for Dubai transit cards. We are a private company and not a government authority.
Your responsibilities
- Enter an accurate 10-digit tag ID and a reachable email.
- Confirm the amount before paying on the billing page.
- Keep order confirmations for your records.
Payments
Card payments are processed on our billing subdomain. Prices are shown in AED. Successful authorisation does not guarantee immediate gate acceptance if network delays occur.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from transit delays, incorrect tag entry by the user, or bank declines outside our control.
